小针刀配合推拿治疗骨关节周围炎的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Small Needle Knife Combined with Massage Therapy for Bone Joint Inflammation and Its Influence on Quality of Life of Patients

目的:探讨小针刀配合推拿治疗骨关节周围炎的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:收集114例骨关节周围炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组57例。对照组患者给予推拿治疗,观察组患者给予小针刀配合推拿治疗。治疗两个疗程,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及生活质量。结果:观察组临床有效率87.71%,优于对照组52.63%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.51,P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者症状评分均优于治疗前(t=7.10、6.32,P均<0.05),且观察组症状评分优于对照组(t=11.34,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者生活质量评分均有改善,观察组积分与对照组比较有显著性差异(t=9.56,P<0.05)。结论:小针刀配合推拿治疗骨关节周围炎具有明显的临床效果,改善患者的症状、体征,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the effect of small needle knife combined with massage therapy for bone joint inflammation and its influence on the quality of life of the patients. Methods： 114 cases of patients with bone joint inflammation were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 57 cases in each group. The control group was treated with massage therapy while the observation group treated with small needle knife combined with massage therapy.After 2 courses of treatment,clinical therapeutic effect and quality of life in patients of the two groups were compared. Results： The clinical efficiency of the observation group was 87. 71%,higher than 52. 63% of the control group with significant differences between the two groups（ χ2= 8. 51,P 0. 05）. After treatment,the symptoms scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment（ t = 7. 10,6. 32,P 0. 05） and that in the observation group was better than that in the control group（ t = 11. 34,P 0. 05）. After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were improved and the observation group and the control group had significant difference（ t = 9. 56,P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Small needle knife combined with massage therapy has an obvious clinical effect in treatment of bone joint inflammation. It can improve the patients＇ symptoms and signs as well as the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
