复方氟米松软膏联合荆防银地汤治疗婴幼儿湿疹的疗效观察

Observation on Effect of Compound Flumetasone Ointment Combined with Jingfang Yindi Decoction in Treatment of Infantile Eczema

目的:探讨复方氟米松软膏联合荆防银地汤治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法:选取104例婴幼儿湿疹患儿并随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予氧化锌涂抹,观察组给予复方氟米松软膏联合荆防银地汤治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.23%,对照组仅为76.92%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后PASI评分(3.21±0.76),DQOLS评分(76.32±15.37),对照组治疗后PASI评分(5.43±1.41),DQOLS评分(64.01±11.37),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用复方氟米松软膏联合荆防银地汤治疗婴幼儿湿疹疗效显著,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of compound flumetasone ointment combined with Jingfang Yindi Decoction in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods： 104 cases of children with infantile eczema were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given Zinc Oxide painting and the observation group given compound flumetasone ointment combined with Jingfang Yindi Decoction. We observed the two groups＇ clinical curative effect. Results： The observation group＇s total effectiveness was 94. 23% and that of the control group was only76. 92% and the contrast differences between two groups had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）.
