普外科临床中急性阑尾炎临床诊治分析

Clinical analysis on diagnosis and treatment of appendititis

目的：探讨普外科临床中急性阑尾炎临床诊治和治疗方法。方法：选取我院于2012年1月～2014年1月收治的60例急性阑尾炎患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果：通过实验室和影像学检查确诊的患者有48例,手术中检查确诊12例,进行治疗后身体痊愈,2例患者术后产生并发症。结论：急性阑尾炎是常见的临床外科急腹症,根据患者的实际情况选择相应的治疗方式,确保患者进行良好的治疗,并早日康复,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective：To investigate the clinical general surgery clinical diagnosis of acute appendicitis and treatment. Methods：60 cases in our hospital in patients with acute appendicitis data in January 2012 - January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results：Patients with laboratory and imaging studies had confirmed 48 cases, 12 cases were diagnosed surgery, post-treatment of the body recovered, two cases of postoperative complications. Conclusion：Acute appendicitis should be a common clinical surgical abdomen, selected according to the actual situation of the patient appropriate treatment to ensure good treatment of patients, and a speedy recovery, had important clinical significance.
