Experience in treatment of common complications prevention and nursing of esophageal stent

目的：探讨食管支架治疗常见并发症防治方法及护理措施。方法：回顾性总结我院2008年1月～2014年8月开展食管支架治疗中晚期食道癌、食管狭窄、贲门失驰缓症共73例术后常见并发症防治及护理资料。结果：食管支架置入治疗常见并发症有胸骨后及上腹部疼痛不适、术后出血、反流性食管炎、支架移位、呼吸困难、心律失常、食管穿孔及再狭窄等，经积极的防治、精心的护理后可得到缓解。结论：食管支架置入治疗能最大限度地缓解患者的吞咽困难，维持正常的营养摄入，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To explore the prevention and treatment of common complications of esophageal stent in the treatment and nursing method. Methods：Retrospective analysis in our hospital in 2008 January -2014 year in August to carry out the advanced esophageal stent in the treatment of cancer of the esophagus, esophageal stricture, achalasia were 73 cases of postoperative complications prevention and nursing data. Results：esophageal stent in the treatment of common complications of chest and upper abdominal pain, postoperative bleeding, reflux esophagitis, stent migration, difficulty in breathing, arrhythmia, esophageal perforation and restenosis after care, positive prevention, carefully can ease. Conclusion：esophageal stenting could maximize the relief of dysphagia, maintain the normal intake of nutrition, improve the quality of life of patients.
