中、晚期宫颈癌三维适形放疗联合介入化疗的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究分析对于中、晚期宫颈癌患者给予其三维适形放疗联合介入化疗的临床效果。方法 124例中、晚期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同,将本组患者随机分成对照组和实验组,各62例,对照组患者给予三维适形放疗联合常规静脉化疗,实验组患者给予三维适形放疗联合介入化疗。分析比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果实验组患者的治疗显效率、有效率和2年生存率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组的不良反应率较低(P<0.05)。结论对于中、晚期宫颈癌患者给予其三维适形放疗联合介入化疗的临床效果好,能够显著提高治疗显、有效率和2年生存率,且不良反应小,安全可靠。
