康复新液、乳酸依沙吖啶联合局部氧疗对放射性皮肤损伤的影响 被引量:3

The combination of Kangfuxing liquid, ethacridine lactate and local oxygen therapy in the treatment of radiation-induced skin damage

摘要 目的:探讨局部氧疗联合康复新液、乳酸依沙吖啶治疗放射性皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法将2013年5月-2014年5月辽宁省大连市中心医院放射治疗科96例放射性皮肤损伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组各48例。对照组外用比亚芬常规清创换药,治疗组清创换药外用0.1%乳酸依沙吖啶、康复新交替湿敷,2~3次/d,再配合局部氧疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后皮肤损伤分级变化及不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为97.9%(47/48),对照组为79.2%(38/48),2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.119,P=0.002)。2组0~4级放射性皮肤损伤患者分布情况均较治疗前改善,其中治疗组放射性皮肤损伤0~4级的患者数分别由治疗前的0、3、9、12、24例变为治疗后的8、12、22、6、0例,对照组分别由治疗前的0、2、10、25、11例变为治疗后的2、5、18、23、0例。治疗组0级[8例(16.7%)比2例(4.2%)]、3级[6例(12.5%)比23例(47.9%)]患者的分布情况与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为4.019、12.649,P值分别为0.045、0.000);精神萎靡例数[15例(31.3%)比28例(58.3%)]、皮肤干燥皲裂例数[10例(20.8%)比28例(58.3%)]与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为6.066、12.588,P值分别为0.014、0.000)。结论局部氧疗联合康复新液、乳酸依沙吖啶药液湿敷和交替喷洒给药,可减轻放疗所致不良反应,提高放射性皮肤损伤的疗效。 Objective To investigate the efficiency ofKangfuxing liquid, ethacridine lactate in combination with local oxygen therapy for radiation-induced skin damage.Methods A total of 96 patients affected by radiation-induced skin damage were enrolled and randomly allocated to a treatment group and a control group by random number table method, with 48 patients in each group. All patients in the control group were treated with trolamine cream, and those in the treatment group were treated withKangfuxing liquid, ethacridine lactate in combination with local oxygen therapy. Skin dermatitis was scored utilizing Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG) toxicity scale.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (97.9%vs.79.1%;χ2=10.119,P=0.002). The distribution of patients with RTOG grades 0 to 4 showed different degrees of improvement, and the number of patients with RTOG 0-4 grades changed from 0, 3, 9, 12, 24 before the treatment to 8, 12, 22, 6, 0 after the treatment in the treatment group, 0, 2, 10, 25, 11 to 2, 5, 18, 23, 0 in the control group. The percent of patients with RTOG grade 0 in the treatment group was significantly increased than that in the control group (16.7%vs. 4.2%;χ2=4.019, P=0.045) and the percent of patients with RTOG grade 3 significantly decreased (12.5%vs.47.9%;χ2=12.649, P<0.001). The percents of patients with dispirited spirit (31.3%vs. 58.3%;χ2=6.066,P=0.014), dry and chapped skin (20.8%vs. 58.3%;χ2=12.588,P=0.000) in the treatment group were all significantly lower than those in the control group.ConclusionKangfuxing Liquid, ethacridine lactate in combination with local oxygen therapy can improve radiation-induced skin damage.
