海藻响声合剂治疗慢性咽炎的实验研究

Experimental research of Haizao-Xiangsheng mixture in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis

目的：观察海藻响声合剂对慢性咽炎白兔模型症状体征、血液学检测指标的影响。方法将60只日本大耳白兔按随机数字表法分为正常对照组，模型组，阳性对照组和海藻响声合剂高、中、低剂量组，每组10只。除正常对照组外，其余各组白兔采用在咽部喷洒氨水及黏膜下注射松节油的方法制备慢性咽炎模型。海藻响声合剂高、中、低剂量组分别灌胃海藻响声合剂42、21、10.5 g/kg，阳性对照组灌胃西瓜霜润喉片混悬液5.04 g/kg，正常对照组和模型组灌胃等体积生理盐水。每日观察并记录动物症状体征（一般情况、体温）。连续给药后7d，检测各组红细胞计数（RBC）、白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞（N）百分比、单核细胞（M）百分比及淋巴细胞（L）百分比的变化。结果给药后，与模型组比较，海藻响声合剂高剂量组白兔体温下降[（38.90±0.21）℃比（39.23±0.39）℃，P＜0.05]、WBC降低[（10.1±1.73）×10^12/L比（13.1±1.69）×10^12/L，P＜0.01]、RBC升高[（5.73±0.59）×10^9/L比（5.19±0.43）×10^9/L，P＜0.01]。结论海藻响声合剂可改善实验性慢性咽炎白兔模型的症状体征、血液学检测指标。

ObjectiveTo observe the effect ofHaizao-Xiangsheng mixture on signs and symptoms, blood index and tissue pathology of rabbit models with chronic pharyngitis.Methods60 Japanese white rabbits by random grouping method were divided into normal control group, model group, positive control group andHaizao- Xiangsheng mixture with high, medium and low dose group, with 10 rats in each group. Except the normal control group, rabbits in other groups were performed spraying ammonia in pharyngeal portion and submucosal injection of turpentine oil preparation to create chronic pharyngitis models. TheHaizao- Xiangsheng mixture, high, medium and low dose group were treated withHaizao-Xiangsheng mixture of 42, 21, 10.5 g/kg, the positive control group was treated with watermelon frost Runhou tablet suspension 5.04 g/kg, the normal control group and model group were treated with the same volume of saline. Animal signs and symptoms were recorded daily （including general conditions and temperature）. After continuous administration of 7 days, red blood cell count （RBC）, white blood cell count （WBC）, percentage of neutrophils （N%）, the percentage of mononuclear cells （M%） and percentage of lymphocytes （L%） were detected to observe the histological change of pharyngeal mucosa and lower tissue pathology.ResultsAfter administration, compared with the model group, high dose group ofHaizao-Xiangsheng mixture rabbit body temperature dropped （38.90 ± 0.21℃ vs. 39.23 ± 0.39℃,P＆lt; 0.05）, WBC （10.1 ×10^12/L ± 1.73 ×10^12/Lvs. 13.1 ×10^12/L ± 1.69 ×10^12/L） decreased, and RBC increased （5.73 ×10^9/L ± 0.59 ×10^9/Lvs.5.19 ×10^9/L ± 0.43 ×109/L,P〈0.01）.ConclusionsHaizao-Xiangsheng mixture can improve signs and symptoms, hematology indexes and histopathological changes of the experimental rabbit models of chronic pharyngitis.
