黄栌植物化学成分、药理作用与临床应用研究进展

Progress of phytochemicals, pharmacological effects and clinical applications on Cotinus coggygria Stop

黄栌为漆树科黄栌属植物，具有降酶、降黄、利胆和增强机体免疫功能等作用，临床上用于治疗急性黄疸型传染性肝炎。目前，对黄栌的研究多限于抗肝化学性损伤和抗凝血等。为了更好地研究黄栌抗肿瘤的作用机制，本文对黄栌的活性成分、药理作用以及临床应用进行综述。

Cotinus coggygria Scop. is the Anacardiaceae Cotinus L. plant and used for natural drugs in the treatment of acute icteric infectious hepatitis. The pharmacological research showed that Cotinus coggygria Stop. has the effects of reducing jaundice and enzyme, gallbladder Cholagogic and strengthen immune function. The current research on Cotinus coggygria Stop. is still not deep enough, the pharmacological effects of Cotinus coggygria Scop. are mostly limited to the anticoagulant, hemolytic and anti liver chemical injury. In order to better study the scientific connotation of antitumor of Cotinus coggygria Stop., the active ingredient of Cotinus coggygria Scop., pharmacological action and clinical application were reviewed.
