摘要
健全的幼儿园教师职称评聘制度能够有效促进幼儿园师资队伍建设.目前我国幼儿园教师职称评聘中存在着职称结构不合理、未评职称比例逐渐增大、职称评聘存在城乡差异和省际差异以及幼儿园教师与小学教师职称结构差异大等突出问题.建议政府进一步重视幼儿园教师职称评聘工作,建立健全幼儿园教师职称评聘制度,加强对农村幼儿园教师职称评聘的支持力度,从而解决目前幼儿园教师职称评聘中的问题,促进学前教育事业健康发展.
A fair teachers' professional tide appraisal system can help improve kindergarten teachers' team. Currently, there exist some problems: (1) teachers' professional tide structure is unreasonable; (2) the ratio of those without a professional tide is increasing; (3) there exist differences between urban and rural areas, and between provinces; (4) the difference between preschool and primary school teachers is significant. Government should pay further attention to kindergarten teachers' professional title appraisal. A title appraisal system should be established and perfected. More support should be provided to this work. Thus the problems in this area would be solved.
