摘要
K0.5Bi0.5Ti O3基无铅压电陶瓷体系是目前研究最广泛的功能陶瓷材料之一。综述了K0.5Bi0.5Ti O3无铅压电陶瓷合成方法的研究进展。讨论了水热法、溶胶凝胶法等合成KBT粉体的方法。探讨了各种方法制备KBT粉体的形成机理。分析并比较各种合成方法的优点及主要存在的问题,并展望其发展趋势。
Much research has been done on one of the functional ceramics material K0. 5Bi0. 5Ti O3 based leadfree piezoelectric ceramics so far. The new progresses of these syntheses of the lead-free piezoelectric powders of KBT were reviewed. It discussed some synthetic method of KBT powders,sol-gel,hydrothermal,etc. The main problems and the advantages of various synthetic methods were also analysed and compared. Furthermore,the future development prospects of these syntheses are also presented.
