摘要
目的探讨姜黄素对人肝癌细胞株Hep G2的抑制作用。方法将不同浓度的姜黄素作用于人肝癌细胞株Hep G2,药物作用48 h后,利用四唑盐比色法(MTT)测定吸光度值,计算细胞增殖抑制率。结果不同浓度姜黄素(10、20、30、40、50μg/ml)的抑制率分别为0.437、0.530、0.662、0.781、0.846。与空白对照组比较,姜黄素对人肝癌细胞Hep G2有明显的抑制作用。结论姜黄素可以明显抑制Hep G2的生长。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of curcumin on human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line Hep G2.Methods The effects of different concentrations of curcumin in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line Hep G2,the role of drugs after 48 h,using four tetrazolium colorimetric assay(MTT)determination of absorbance, calculate the inhibition rate of cell proliferation.Results Different concentrations of curcumin(10,20,30,40,50 μg/ml) inhibition rates were 0.437,0.530,0.662,0.781,0.846.Compared with the blank control group,curcumin has obvious inhibitory effect on hepatoma cell line Hep G2.Conclusion Curcumin can inhibit the growth of Hep G2.
