妇科腔镜手术并发症危险因素分析

Risk Factors Analysis of Complications in Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨妇科腔镜手术并发症发生情况及发生的相关影响因素。方法选取我院1 160例妇科腔镜手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果并发症总发生率为3.7%,其中Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类、Ⅳ类并发症的发生率分别为1.0%、7.1%、9.0%、25.9%。单因素分析显示,子宫大小、年龄大小、腔镜手术方式、有无子宫内膜异位症史与妇科腔镜手术并发症的发生存在相关性,都是危险因素。多因素Logistic分析显示,有无子宫内膜异位症病史、腔镜手术方式是影响并发症发生的因素。结论妇科腔镜手术并发症主要为术中失血过多及术后感染,有子宫内膜异位症病史的患者妇科腔镜手术并发症发生率更大,且腔镜手术难度越大,并发症发生率越大。

Objective To investigate the incidence and related influence factors of complications of gynecological laparoscopic operation.Methods Methods in our hospital 1 160 cases of gynecological laparoscopic operation were retrospectively analyzed clinical data.Results The overall complication rate was 3.7%,the class Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳclass complications were 1.0%,7.1%,9.0%,25.9%.Univariate analysis showed that the correlation between the occurrence of uterine,large size,age,endoscopic operation mode,there is no endometriosis history and gynecological laparoscopic operation complications exist,are risk factors.Logistic multivariate analysis showed that,there is no endometriosis history, endoscopic operation mode are the influence factors of complications.Conclusion Complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery were infection of excessive bleeding during operation and postoperative. Probability of occurrence of complications have endometriosis in patients with a history of gynecological laparoscopic surgery and laparoscopic surgery is bigger;the more difficult it is,the greater the probability of the occurrence of complications.
