康复操在腰椎间盘突出症术后恢复中的应用效果

Application Effect of Rehabilitation Exercise on Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation in the Postoperative Recovery

目的探讨康复操在腰椎间盘突出症术后恢复中的应用效果。方法选取2009年1月至2013年12月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者58例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予康复操进行肢体训练;通过SF-36对两组患者的健康情况(GH)、疼痛评分(BP)、腰痛、腿痛症状进行评分并比较。结果观察组患者的GH、BP、腰痛、腿痛评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论康复操用于腰椎间盘突出患者的疾病治疗,可缩短患者肢体功能恢复的时间。

Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation exercise on patients with lumbar disc herniation in the postoperative recovery.Methods 58 cases of surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients from 2009 January to 2013 December in our hospital between,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,29 cases in each.Control group received routine nursing intervention group patients;the patients in the observation group were given rehabilitation gymnastics on the basis of routine nursing,limb exercise in patients with SF-36;through the health of the patients in the two group（GH）,pain score（BP）,low back pain,leg pain symptoms were assessed and compared.Results The patients in the observation group were GH,BP,low back pain,leg pain scores were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Rehabilitation for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients disease,can shorten the recovery of limb function in patients with time.
