Autologous Cytokine Induced Killer Cells Combined with Chemotherapy Efficacy in the Treatment of Recurrent Endometrial Carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨自体细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK)联合化疗治疗复发子宫内膜癌的疗效及安全性。方法选取2010年11月至2013年7月在我科收治的复发子宫内膜癌患者4例,给予至少2周期的自体CIK细胞治疗结合紫杉醇为主的化疗。结果 4例患者中,部分缓解(PR)1例,病情稳定(SD)3例,中位无进展生存期(PFS)9个月,中位总生存期(OS)12.5个月。结论自体CIK细胞联合化疗治疗复发子宫内膜癌安全有效,明显提高疾病控制率,并延长晚期患者生存率。 Objective To investigate the cell autologous cytokine induced killer（CIK）effect and safety of combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of recurrent endometrial carcinoma.Methods From 2010 November to 2013 July in our department were recurrent endometrial carcinoma in 4 patients,given at least 2 cycles of treatment with autologous CIK cells in combination with paclitaxel based chemotherapy.Results In 4 cases,partial remission（PR）1 cases,stable disease（SD）in 3 cases,the median progression free survival（PFS）for 9 months,the median overall survival（OS）for 12.5 months.Conclusion Autologous CIK cells combined with chemotherapy is safe and effective for treatment of endometrial cancer,It can significantly improve disease control rate,prolong the survival rate.
