摘要
目的探讨护理干预对脑梗死偏瘫失语症患者的临床疗效。方法选取2013年4月至2014年4月我院收治的106例脑梗死偏瘫失语症患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各53例,研究组应用护理干预,对照组应用常规护理,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果研究组患者的日常生活活动能力、言语功能评分均高于对照组,且研究组患者的抑郁、孤独评分均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用护理干预可有效提高脑梗死偏瘫失语症患者的日常生活活动能力,增强其言语功能。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention hemiplegia cerebral infarction patients with aphasia.Methods Data Select April 2013 April 2014 our hospital 106 cases of cerebral infarction hemiplegia aphasia patients were randomly divided into study group and control group were 53 cases,the study group of nursing intervention and control group application of routine care,clinical results were compared.Results ADL Study Group, speech function scores than the control group,and the depression study group,lower loneliness scores than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve cerebral infarction in patients with hemiplegia aphasia activities of daily living,and enhance their language capabilities.
