摘要
目的探讨风险防范护理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年9月至2013年8月儿科收治的患儿100例,随机将其分成观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在其基础上实施风险防范护理,对两组患儿的护理效果进行观察比较。结果经过有效的治疗与护理后,对照组患儿总有效率为72.0%,观察组患儿总有效率为94.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理管理中应用风险防范护理可有效的提高治疗效果,减少患儿病死率。
Objective To investigate the risk prevention nursing application effect in the management of pediatric nursing.Methods Selected in September August to 2013 2012 in our hospital 100 cases of children with pediatric hospital,randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group with routine nursing,the observation group on the basis of the implementation of risk prevention nursing,nursing effect of two groups were observed and compared.Results Patients after treatment and nursing after the control group were effective,the total effective rate was 72.0%,the observation group with total efficiency is 94.0%,the difference was statistically signifycant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In pediatric nursing management application risk prevention care can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect, reduce the mortality rate of children.
