Nursing Staff Understand Investigation and Analysis on Nursing Technical Operation

目的探讨护理人员对护理技术操作认识情况,并提出改进对策。方法选取我院自行设计的护理技术操作认知状况调查表对120名护士进行调查。结果 57.5%的护理人员认为患者能得到恰当的护理操作服务,90.8%的护理人员认为应在临床进行护理操作考核。结论针对护理人员对护理技术操作认知上的缺陷,要求护理管理人员做到更新临床护理人员的服务理念,全面提升护理人员的综合素质。

Objective To explore the nursing staff views of nursing technical operation,and proposes the solution countermeasure.Methods Selection of design in our own hospital nursing technical operation cognitive questionnaire investigation was carried out in 120 nurses.Results 57.5% of nursing staff thought the patient can obtain appropriate nursing operation service,90.8% of nursing staff thought should be carried out in clinical nursing operation assessment.Conclusion Aiming at the defects of nursing staff in nursing technical operation on cognition,needs of nursing managers to do the update of clinical nursing staff of the service concept,improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff.
