256层螺旋CT在胸部创伤诊断中的应用价值

Evaluation on Slice Spiral CT Scanning for Diagnosis of Thoradc Trauma

目的探讨256层螺旋CT在胸部创伤诊断中的应用价值。方法对2013年1月至12月在我院治疗的92例行256层螺旋CT检查的胸部外伤患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果 92例患者中,40例肋骨骨折,胸椎椎体骨折18例,横突(附件)骨折16例,肩胛骨骨折14例,胸骨骨折4例,胸膜损伤42例。结论 256层螺旋CT及三维重建后可清晰显示胸部损伤的细节特征,是快速、准确诊断胸部创伤的重要方法。

Objective To explore the application value of 256 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of chest trauma. Methods On January to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital treatment of 92 cases with 256 slice spiral CT examination of thoracic trauma data.Results In 92 patients,40 cases of rib fracture,fracture of thoracic vertebral body in 18 cases,transverse process（Annex）fractures in 16 cases,the scapular fracture in 14 cases, 4 cases of sternal fracture,42 cases of pleural injury.Conclusion 256 slice spiral CT scanning can demonstrate clearly the injuries of thoracic with three dimensional reconstruction and plays an important role in the diagnosis of thoradc trauma.
