胃肠道间质瘤钡剂造影及CT扫描影像分析

Analysis of Glioma Barium Radiography and CT Scan Imaging Gastrointestinal

目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)钡剂造影征象和CT扫描影像表现。方法对29例经病理证实分别为良性、交界性及恶性GIST钡剂造影及CT扫描的影像表现进行回顾性分析,总结GIST的部位和性质、钡剂造影表现及CT扫描影像特点。结果 GIST良性体积小,钡剂造影主要表现腔内小充盈缺损,蠕动波变小,CT平描时密度多较为均匀,且呈均匀强化,良性8例,交界性4例,恶性17例。CT平扫显示跨壁或壁外巨大肿块,一般密度不均;增强扫描以不均匀强化为主。结论 GIST钡剂造影缺乏特征性,但该检查对于发现病变、定位病变及初步定性还是有利的,CT影像有一定特征性,该检查对GIST的定位和准确定性有较大临床价值。

Objective To investigate the gastrointestinal stromal tumor（GIST）imaging gastrointestinal barium signs and CT.Methods Of the 29 cases were pathologically proved imaging features of benign,borderline and malignant GIST barium radiography and CT scan were analyzed retrospectively,to summarize the positions and properties, barium and CT scan imaging features of GIST.Results GIST of benign small volume,barium mainly cavity filling defect,peristaltic wave become smaller,CT plain scanning density more uniform,and showed homogeneous enhancement,8 cases of benign and 4 cases of joint,17 cases of malignant.CT scan showed a cross wall or the wall outside the huge mass,generally uneven density;enhanced scanning is dominated by inhomogeneous enhancement.Conclusion Barium conclusion GIST lacks the characteristic,but the check to find the lesions,location of lesion and preliminary qualitative or beneficial,CT image has certain characteristics,positioning the examination of GIST and quasi deterministic has great clinical value.
