摘要
以凯氏定氮法对萎陵菜、大籽蒿、地梢瓜3种草本植物叶片进行粗蛋白含量测定与比较分析,结果表明:萎陵菜、大籽蒿、地梢瓜的叶片粗蛋白含量依次为2.37%、1.94%、0.40%,3种草本植物叶片的粗蛋白含量差异显著(P<0.05),以萎陵菜的粗蛋白含量较高。该试验对开发利用牧草以及研究植物性粗蛋白具有重要的意义。
Using Kai-type nitrogen determination to determine and analyze leaves crude protein content in Artemisia sieversiana,Potentilla chinensis and Cynanchum thesioides.The results showed that crude protein content of leaves of three types of plant was 2.37%,1.94%,0.40%,respectively. The differences of the crude protein content were significant(P〈0.05).This study,as well as on the development and utilization of forage plant protein was of great significance.
