蓝光照射联合早期抚触在新生儿黄疸治疗中的应用

Application of Blue Light Exposure Combined with Early Touching in Neonatal Jaundice

目的探讨蓝光照射联合早期抚触排便干预对新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法将116例新生儿黄疸患儿按随机数字表法分为2组:对照组58例在常规治疗基础上采用蓝光照射治疗,观察组58例在常规治疗基础上采用蓝光照射联合早期抚触排便干预治疗。比较2组患儿治疗前后的黄疸指数、睡眠时间及初次排便时间、排便次数和胎粪转黄时间等。结果 2组治疗后黄疸指数均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),观察组下降程度较对照组更为显著(P<0.05);观察组睡眠时间、排便次数较对照组显著增加(P<0.05),初次排便时间及胎便转黄时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论在蓝光照射治疗的基础上配合抚触等早期排便干预措施治疗新生儿黄疸可有效降低新生儿黄疸指数,改善睡眠,疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of blue light exposure combined with early touching defecation intervention on neonatal jaundice.Methods On the basis of conventional therapy,116 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly treated with blue light exposure alone（control group,n=58）or in combination with early touching defecation intervention（observation group,n=58）.Jaundice index,sleep duration,time to first defecation,defecation frequency and time to meconium turning yellow were observed before and after treatment.Results The jaundice index was significantly decreased after treatment in both groups,and the decrease in observation group was more obvious than that in control group（P〈0.05）.In addition,the sleep duration and defecation frequency were increased and the time to first defecation and time to meconium turning yellow were shortened in observation group,compared with control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Blue light exposure combined with early touching defecation intervention can effectively reduce jaundice index and improve sleep newborns with jaundice.
