安普贴水胶敷料与造口护肤粉联合治疗二期压疮

Algoplaque Film Combined with Ostomy Powder for StageⅡ Pressure Sores

目的探讨安普贴水胶敷料联合造口护肤粉治疗二期压疮的临床效果。方法将68例二期压疮患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用传统的碘伏纱布湿敷的方法进行治疗,观察组采用安普贴水胶敷料联合造口护肤粉进行治疗,比较2组压疮愈合时间及治疗30d后的疗效。结果观察组压疮愈合时间明显短于对照组[(24.2±3.7)d比(35.8±5.8)d,P<0.05],并且观察组治疗30d后的总有效率明显高于对照组(100.0%比73.5%,P<0.05)。结论安普贴水胶敷料联合造口护肤粉治疗二期压疮可明显缩短创面的愈合时间,提高治愈率,效果确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of algoplaque film combined with ostomy powder on stageⅡ pressure sores.Methods Sixty-eight patients with stageⅡ pressure sores were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional iodophor gauze dressing for 30 days.The observation group was treated with algoplaque film and ostomy powder for 30 days.The pressure sore healing time and curative efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the pressure sore healing time was significantly shortened[（24.2±3.7）d vs（35.8±5.8）d]and the total effective rate was obviously increased in observation group（100.0% vs 73.5%（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Algoplaque film combined with ostomy powder can shorten the wound healing time and improve the cure rate in patients with stageⅡ pressure sores.
