摘要
绩效评估是推进建设职能科学、结构优化、廉洁高效、人民满意的服务型政府的重要途径和方法。当前,政府绩效评估与服务型政府建设的各种目标还有一定的距离,需要在进一步完善机制、健全法律、优化指标,针对服务型政府的目标找问题、查原因、寻对策,切实提升政府的服务能力。尤其是要注意结合各地发展实际,结合国家制定的基本绩效评估指标进行科学评估,使评估科学、有用,防止流于形式。
The performance evaluation is an important way and method to promote establishing function -scientific , structure-optimized, mass-satisfied, clean and efficient service-oriented government.At present, it need further im-prove mechanism , enact law , and optimize index to meet various targets of service-oriented government and en-hance the service ability of government effectively .The evaluation should be carried out scientifically and valuably , combining with the state formulated basic evaluating index and the actual local development , to prevent becoming a mere formality.
