金融学专业研究生的知识结构具体包括经济学基础和金融学基础、作为经济学基础、金融学基础的基础、数学和统计学基础、文史哲及其外语基础等五个方面。在具备五个方面强有力知识结构的基础上,金融学研究生应达成四个方面的素质要求:系统掌握经济学、金融学的理论基础;熟练使用经济学、金融学的分析方法;具有提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的研究能力;具备"再现"金融研究成果的写作能力。形成金融学专业研究生四个方面的素质要求,归根到底在于研究生创新能力的养成。优秀的素质建筑在强有力的知识结构基础之上。没有强有力的知识结构和优秀的综合素质,所谓创新能力就是一句空话。

The knowledge structure of graduate students in Finance is based on the foundations of Economics , foun-dations of Finance , foundations of foundations of Economics and foundations of Finance , foundations of Mathematics and Statistics , and foundations of Literature , History and foreign languages .With the knowledge structure of these five aspects, graduate students in Finance should also need to have four qualities including systematically mastering foundations of Economics and Finance , proficiently using analytical methods of Economics and Finance , being able to raise questions , analyze questions and answer questions , and possessing the writing ability to reproduce Finance research progress .The ability of innovation is constituted by the ability to discover , the ability to sense , the ability to imagine and the ability to present .Excellent qualities are based on the strong knowledge structure .The ability of innovations is based on knowledge structure and quality requirement and reflects them vice versa .Without strong e-nough knowledge structure and tough quality requirements , the ability of innovation is nonsense .
