蒙古归侨的社会适应初探--以山西省为例的分析

A Study On the Social Adaptation of the Returned Overseas Chinese Community from Mongolia

论文以20世纪80年代初回山西省定居的蒙古归侨群体为例,通过查证史料、口头访问等多种方式,回顾了20世纪80年代蒙古难侨的归国历史,梳理了蒙古难侨安置的情况,并分析他们归国后的生活和文化适应、就业和经济状况以及权益保障等社会融入与社会适应等现状,从一个侧面审视与思考归侨的特殊性及其社会适应。认为蒙古归侨是在特定的历史背景和国际形势下被迫回国定居的移民群体。我国各级政府部门对其进行了较为有效的安置,使他们较好地适应了新的社会环境。但在时代变革下,蒙古归侨群体又面临各种新的问题和挑战。

This paper is focused on the adaptation of the returned overseas Chinese community in Shanxi Province from Mongolia. Through using historical materials and interviews, this paper traces back the history of the returned overseas Chinese from Mongolia and their resettlement, and analyzes their adaptation in everyday life, employment, economic status, welfare and rights protection. This offers a perspective to examine how the returned overseas Chinese solved the problems they faced. It considers that these overseas Chinese were forced to return due to historical background and the international situation. Although the Chinese government has provided effective assistance for their resettlement, the returned overseas Chinese face new challenges.
