摘要
幼儿教师专业化水平的高低,直接影响幼儿园教育质量,影响幼儿健康成长。课题组选择中部某省会城市10所不同体制的幼儿园以及4所高师院校就合作育师展开了较广泛的调查,研究发现合作育师状况不容乐观,观念阻隔、政府支持不力和合作机制不健全等因素阻碍合作育师开展。要使高师与幼儿园有效合作达到育师目的,需在转变观念、明确教育政府部门管理指导责任和促进高师与幼儿园无缝对接等方面寻求对策。
Professional level of kindergarten teachers can directly affect the kindergarten's training quality and healthy growth.At present,the main problem in preschool teacher training is the poor practical skill.Therefore,the research group chose ten kindergartens of different systems and four normal universities in one capital city in Central China for extensive investigations on preschool teacher training cooperation.The results show the production-study cooperation is not optimistic,such as the concept barrier,weak support from the government and imperfect cooperation mechanism,In order to to achieve the goal of effective cooperation between normal universities and kindergartens,we need to change our concept,clarify the management and guidance of the educational departments and seek for the countermeasures to realize the seamless match between normal universities and kindergartens.
