高校财金类专业校外实训的困境与对策

Difficulties and Countermeasures of Off-campus Training for College Finance Majors

高校财金类专业校外实训除了培养学生财金专业知识技能的硬技能以外,更注重培养学生的软技能,但难以量化的软技能约束了财金专业校外实训的开展。当前,高校财金类专业校外实训困境主要体现在校外实训基地数量不足、校外实训难以大规模开展和校外实训绩效不高三个方面。突破财金类专业实训困境的首要路径是大力拓展专业校外实训基地,其次是构建突破财金类专业校外实训约束的实训体系,同时以校内情景实训弥补财金类专业校外实训不足。

In addition to the cultivation of the students＇ professional skill,the off-campus training for college finance majors attaches more emphasis to their soft skill training.However it is rather hard to quantify the acquisition of soft skill,which constrains the implementation of the practical training off the campus.Currently,there are three major problems encountered in the off-campus practical training：insufficient training bases,failure to carry out large-scale training,inefficient training performance.Accordingly,the primary solution is to vigorously expand off-campus training bases,and the construction of a free training system is equally important.Meanwhile,on-campus situation training can serve as a remedy for the deficiency of off-campus training.
