三伏灸对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响

Influence of Sunfu-moxibustion on Quality of Life of Allergic Rhinitis Patients

目的探讨分析三伏灸对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响。方法选择本院收治的变应性鼻炎患者88例,根据治疗方式分为观察组和对照组2组,每组44例,观察组给予三伏灸治疗,对照组给予安慰剂治疗,对患者治疗后进行6个月随访,比较2组患者治疗前、治疗后及随访时的生活质量。结果与治疗前比较,观察组治疗后和随访时鼻症状、行为障碍及生活质量总分均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随访时情感障碍降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组行为障碍、日常生活障碍及生活质量总分显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前生活质量各项评分及总评分相比,差异无统计学意义,(P>0.05);但是观察组患者治疗后和随访时各项生活质量评分及总评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三伏灸可以有效、持久地缓解变应性鼻炎患者的临床症状,显著改善患者的生活质量。

Objective： To study the influence of Sanfu -moxibustion on the quality of life of allergic rhinitis patients~ Methods： 88 patients visiting our hospital were divided into a treatment groups and a control group, 44 per group. The treatment group was given Sanfu - moxibustion while the control group was treated with placebo. A follow - up of the patients was made after six months and the quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results ： Compared with the pre - treatment, the nasal symptoms, be- havioral disorders and quality of life scores of the patients significantly decreased and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ~ The affective disorder was lower during the follow - up and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with each score and total scores of the living quality of the two groups before the treatment, the difference had no statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ） But each score and total scores of the living quality of the treatment group after the treatment and during the follow - up were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Sanfu - moxibustion has an effective and enduring effect for relieving the symptoms of allergic rhinitis patients and significantly improve their living quality.
