大学本科课程的系统目标管理研究——以香港中文大学通识课程为例

摘要 香港中文大学通识教育历史悠久,在通识教育管理方面独具特色,管理理念和方法成熟而先进,形成了以多元性和开放性为特征的"香港中文大学模式",而这种极具生命力的模式也成为内地高校教育改革学习的极佳范本之一。从系统思考出发,香港中文大学通识教育管理模式体现出鲜明的系统性特征。 With the unique feature in the idea and management of General Education, Chinese University of Hong Kong providessome valuable experiences and inspirations for pushing forward education reform of mainland universities. The pattern of GeneralEducation of Chinese University of Hong Kong has shown some systemic characteristics(such as distinct holistic and relevance).Standing on the perspective of systems thinking, we can find some unique advantages of the pattern of General Education of ChineseUniversity of Hong Kong.
