腰麻硬膜外联合麻醉在老年股骨头置换术的应用

Application of Combined Spinal and Epidural Anesthesia in Senile Femoral Head Replacement

目的：探讨腰麻硬膜外联合麻醉在老年股骨头置换术的应用效果。方法：选取2013年2月～2014年2月在某院进行治疗的100例患者，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组采用腰麻硬膜外联合麻醉方式，对照组利用单纯的硬膜外麻醉方式，对比两组患者在麻醉整个过程中的生命体征表现结果。结果：根据两组患者在手术过程中的表现对其麻醉效果进行判断，研究组的总有效率为98．00％，对照组的总有效率为82．00％，两组结果对比有显著性差异（ P＜0．05），有统计学意义。结论：老年股骨头置换术患者采用腰麻硬膜外联合麻醉方式进行临床麻醉处理，在手术过程中更加安全有效，同时起效时间快，用药量少，对患者的血压影响小，值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia in senile femoral head replacement .Methods:Select 100 cases patients treated in some hospital during the period from February 2013 to February 2014 and randomly divide them into research group and control group .The research took combined spinal and epidural anesthesia while the control group just applied epidural anesthe‐sia .Compare the expression of the vital signs of the two groups during the whole process of anesthesia .Re‐sults:Make judgement on anesthesia effect based on the condition of patients in the two groups in the process of anesthesia ,the overall effective rate of the research group was 98 .00% ,while that of the control group was 82 .00% ,comparatively ,the difference was obvious(P<0 .05) ,and was statistically significant .Conclusion:It would be more safe and effective when the clinical anesthesia was combined spinal and epidural anesthesia during enile femoral head replacement ,and the it w ould onset soon ,less drug is needed and there is less im‐pact on blood pressure .It is worthy of clinical application and promotion .
