彩色多普勒超声在肾移植排斥反应中的诊断价值

Diagnosis Value of Colour Doppler Ultrasound in Rejection Reaction of Transplanted Kidney

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在肾移植排斥反应中的诊断价值。方法:对55例移植肾患者术后监测肾脏大小、轮廓、皮髓质厚度及各级肾动脉血流参数。结果:48例患者术后肾功能正常,未发生排斥反应,7例患者术后不同程度出现移植肾排斥反应。结论:彩色多普勒超声能根据肾脏结构及血流等各项指标的改变,在早期诊断移植肾排斥反应,为临床提供准确的诊断依据。

Objective:To investigate the diagnosis value of colour doppler ultrasound in rejection reaction of transplanted kidney .Methods:Monitor the size ,outline of kidney ,thickness of cortex and medulla and blood flow parameters of renal arteries at different levels postoperatively after conducting renal transplanta‐tion for 55 cases of patients .Results:48 cases of patients showed normal renal function and 7 cases of patients had rejection reaction of renal transplantation at different extent .Conclusion:Colour doppler ultrasound can diagnosis rejection reaction of renal transplantation early according to the changes of renal structure ,blood flood and other indices and provide exact diagnosis bases clinically .
