315例臀位产的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 315 Cases of Breech Delivery

目的：分析315例臀位产的种类、分娩方式、围产儿体重、新生儿窒息及死亡率。方法：以2010年1月～2013年6月某院分娩的315例臀位产婴儿为研究对象，进行总结分析，找出臀位产的合适方式及助产的合适时机和方法。结论：臀位应选择合适的分娩方式，剖宫产不应作为唯一的方式而大力推广，助产则需有经验的助产人员操作，可明显降低围产儿损伤、窒息等的发生率。

Objective:To analyse the types ,delivery modes ,weight of perinatal infants ,neonatal asphyxia rate and mortality rate of 315 cases of breech delivery .Methods:Take 315 cases of infants delivered at breech in some hospital during the period from January 2010 to 2013 June as the study object ,do conclusion and a‐nalysis and find proper modes to conduct breech delivery and proper obstetrical time and methods . Conclusion:Proper delivery modes should be selected for breech delivery and cesarean delivery shall not be vigorously popularized as the unique delivery mode and midwifery shall be operated by experienced midewife , which would lower the harm to perinatal infants and the occurance rate of asphyxia and so on .
