药品管理是医院药事管理的核心,同时也是医院经营管理的重要环节,包括了药品的采购、供应、调剂、制剂以及财务经济管理、用药计划管理等多方面的内容。在药品管理中,相关管理人员需要本着以病人为中心,贯彻优质、高效、低耗等原则,实现有效、安全、经济、方便地使用药品的目标。结合当前医院药品管理中存在的不足,对应用药品管理信息系统优化药品管理流程的重要性进行了分析和探讨。

Drug management is the core of hospital pharmaceutical administration ,and is also the impor‐tant link for the operation and management of hospital ,it includes the purchase ,supply ,dispensing and prep‐arations of drugs and financial and economic management ,medication plan management and otherwise ,rele‐vant administration staff shall be centred on patients and carry out the principle of high quality ,efficiency and low consumption and achieve effective safe ,ecomomical and conventient drug application .This paper com‐bine with the present shortcomings existing in hospital drug management ,analyse and investigate the impor‐tance of optimizing the management process of drug management informantion system .
