中国高等教育大众化的文化与制度探索——《中国民办高校发展的文化研究》述评 被引量:1

摘要 民办高校的制度设计正面临传统家族制度亲缘文化、行政制度的科层文化以及"以学生学习为中心"的新文化又一次碰撞、融合、扬弃的节点。借鉴西方名校发展的经验,民办高校试图通过全新的制度设计,期望建立的教育新文化具有以下内涵:其一,从传统的以行政化管理学生学习,过渡到设计新制度,为学生学习提供尽可能丰富的支持、服务;其二,通过新的课程设计,培养学生独立思考、合作学习、解决实际问题、形成能力的新模式;其三,营造多样化的学习信息空间,激发和支持学生随时随地的学习,促使学生形成学习的主动性,培养学习的热情,形成以个体学习和发展为荣耀的学生校园文化。 To meet the needs of nation ,employment market and the public for quality of higher education is now the most urgent problem to Chinese private higher learning institution .After absorbing and rearran‐ging the resources of society and booming in size ,they are exploring the path of new institutional culture to promote the quality of student learning .How to go through the turn of clan culture ,hierarchic rank culture and new institutional culture is the most important conflict .The new institutional culture be pre‐scribed as this:institutions should design the political system to support students’ learning ,offer multiple and plentiful services ;secondly ,to build new curricular design ,institutions could help students to form new learning mode of thinking independently ,cooperation ,learning pathetic to resolve real problems and developing multiple intelligence ;institutions could build vast learning information spaces ,allowing student to learn any time and everywhere ,encourage student to learn with passion .They would be proud of their passionate learning and individual development .
