生态文明建设中的绿色城市化思考——基于深层生态学的视角

Reflection on Green Urbanization in Process of Ecological Civilization:On Perspective of Deep Ecology

绿色城市化的理念受到绿色思潮中"浅绿"与"深绿"思潮的影响。中国的绿色城市化处于刚刚起步阶段,还面临着基于中国国情的绿色城市化理念构筑、绿色制度的完善及实施、绿色技术的整体化以及绿色人文的丰富化等问题与挑战。从深层生态学的视阈看,中国的绿色城市化仍需要克服只谋求人类经济发展和福祉的"浅绿主义"和违背生态规律的"伪绿主义"城市化,绿色城市化要有生态整体主义的考量,减少城市化过程中对非人类存在物的影响,人类在城市生活中的繁盛应体现为与城市生态圈共同繁荣的绿色城市化。

Green urbanization is an idea influenced by″Light Green″and″Deep Green″schools of thoughts. In Chi￣na,green urbanization is still at its infancy stage,faced with challenges of integrating green technology and enric￣hing green humanities based on China′s specific background. From the “Deep Green”perspective, the green ur￣banization of China still needs to overcome″Light Green″thoughts,which are for the human economic development and well￣beings only and for″Pseudo Green″doctrine of urbanization. Green urbanization should take ecological ho￣lism into consideration,reducing human interference of urbanization to non￣mankind existence. Human prosperity in urban life should be reflected as green urbanization with a common prosperity of the whole urban eco￣system.
