江苏省协同创新绩效影响因素的灰色关联分析

Gray Relevance Analysis to the Influence Factors of Collaborative Innovation in Jiangsu Province

选取技术市场成交额、三种专利授权数作为协同创新绩效的产出指标,引入灰色关联分析方法,对影响江苏省协同创新绩效的因素进行分析。结果显示:R&D人员全时当量、GDP、科技活动人员数、高校在校学生数和高校专任教师数、R&D经费内部支出、地方财政科技拨款对江苏省协同创新绩效具有正相关关系,其中R&D人员全时当量的灰色相关度最高,GDP的影响次之,地方财政科技拨款的影响最小。因此,必须重视高校教师队伍和科技人才队伍建设,创新科技投入机制,提高科技经费的使用效率。

Taking the turnover on the technology market and three figures of patents as output indexes,the paper analyzes the influence factors of collaborative innovation in Jiangsu province by introducing gray relevance analy￣sis. Through the analysis, it points out that factors including R&D personnel full￣time equivalent, GDP, the number of S&T personnel,full￣time college teaching staff and students,R&D investment,local financial alloca￣tion for science and technology have a positive correlativity with collaborative innovation of Jiangsu province. A￣mong them,R&D personnel full￣time equivalent has the greatest influence;the following are GDP,full￣time col￣lege teaching staff,the total number of college students,R&D investment, local financial allocation for science and technology. Therefore, we should strengthen the development of university teaching staff and science and technology talents in order to enhance collaborative innovation of Jiangsu province.
