In the ＂big data era background, traditional medium and small micro enterprises should rely on the powerof the Internet to enter the business, mining new profit point while achieving business transformation and upgrading,and the OTO mode has become any small micro enterprises’choice in small professional town. This paper, accordingto the development needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, combined with the advantages of OTO model,explores the key factors of OTO mode application to small micro enterprises in professional town, which signifies inpromoting professional town to step into electric field and the upgrading.
