宁波宋氏女科是浙江"四大"妇科世系之一,起源于唐宋时期,负盛名于浙东,渊源久远,至今其传人仍广泛地分布在宁波、舟山、杭州等地。《宋氏女科撮要》系宋氏女科创始人宋广平27代孙宋林皋于明代万历四十年(公元1612年)录家传之所藏、记生平之所验编撰而成。书中对妇科的经、带、胎、产诸病作了详细阐述,充分反映了宋氏妇科强调辨证审因、重视气机调理、用药娴熟灵活的主要学术思想与临证诊疗经验。全书理法方药俱备,为后世妇科临床治疗提供了很好的参考资料。本文阐述了《宋氏女科撮要》现存的主要版本,对历代所存不同的版本进行了比较分析与考辨,并探讨了宋氏女科的主要学术思想。

Gynecology of Song Family in Ningbo is one of the Four Gynecology Families in ZhejiangProvince, which originated in the Tang and Song Dynasties, prestigious in eastern Zhejiang, with long history.Its successors still widely distribute in Ningbo, Zhoushan, Hangzhou and other places. Song Shi Nv Ke Cuo Yao（Brief Points of Gynecology of Song Family） was compiled in Wanli 40 years （AD 1612） of Ming Dynasty bySong Lin＇gao, the 27th generation descendant of Song Guangping, who is the founder of Gynecology of SongFamily in Ningbo. This book elaborated on various diseases of gynecology, fully reflected the main academicideas and clinical experience of emphasizing syndrome differentiation for etiology, qi conditioning, skilled andflexible medication of Gynecology of Song Family. The book included theories, methods, prescriptions andmedications, which provides a good reference for future generations of gynecological clinical treatment. Thisarticle expounded existing major versions of Song Shi Nv Ke Cuo Yao （Brief Points of Gynecology of SongFamily）, made comparison, analysis and research on these different versions in history, and discussed mainacademic ideas of this book.
