白银市布鲁菌病血清学检测分析

Serological detection of brucellosis in Baiyin

目的掌握现阶段白银市职业暴露人群布鲁菌病感染情况,早期发现感染者,指导布鲁菌病防控。方法应用血清流行病学方法,对职业暴露高危人群和羊、牛（无布鲁菌病菌苗接种史）进行布鲁菌病感染检测。采用虎红平板凝集试验（RBPT）初筛,试管凝集试验（SAT）复检方法进行。结果共检测高危人群2 626人,年龄为1岁~78岁,检出布鲁菌病血清抗体阳性患者274例,阳性率为10.43%,其中,男性阳性率为12.49%,女性阳性率为5.88%,男性阳性率高于女性（P〈0.05）。不同年龄以40岁~49岁和50岁~59岁组2个年龄段最高（P〈0.05）;确诊布鲁菌病患者178例,占血清阳性数的64.96%。抽查检测45 830只羊血清,阳性813只,阳性率为1.77%;检测奶牛5 317头,均为阴性。结论该地区人群布鲁菌病感染较重,近期应重点采取防控措施,降低病情危害。

Objective To investigate the present stage of brucellosis infection on exposure occupations so as to find the infected cases early and to guide the prevention for brucellosis. Methods With the application of serum epidemiology,occupation exposure to high- risk groups and sheep,cattle（ no brucellosis vaccine inoculation history） were detected for brucellosis infection.Using Rose Bengal plate agglutination test（ RBPT） for screening,tube agglutination test（ SAT） for reviewing. Results 2 626high- risk population from 1 years old to 78 years old were tested. There were 274 cases of brucellosis antibody positive patients,the positive rate was 10. 43%. Among them,the positive rate of male was 12. 49%,the positive rate of female was5. 88%. The positive rate of male was higher than that of female（ P 0. 05）. And that was the highest on age group 40- 49 years old and age group 50- 59 years old age（ P 0. 05）. 178 cases of brucellosis patients were diagnosed,accounted for64. 96% of the number of positive serum. Sampling and inspecting serum from 45 830 sheep,with 813 positive,positive rate was 1. 77%. Detection of 5 317 cows were detected and the resultswere all negative. Conclusion In the areapeople brucellosis infection is severe. Recently the prevention and control measures should be strengthened to reduce the disease harm.
