Low-temperature preparation of TiO_2/Al_2O_3/Fe_3O_4 and its photocatalytic activity and magnetism recovery capacity

摘要 以原位合成法制备的Al2O3/Fe3O4磁性粒子为载体,采用低温水解法制备了Ti O2/Al2O3/Fe3O4磁载光催化剂。用XRD、SEM、TEM等对制备的磁载光催化剂的结构进行了表征。以25 mg/L苯酚为模拟污染物,对制备的磁载光催化剂的催化性能进行了考察。结果表明:对于n(Ti O2)∶n(Al2O3)∶n(Fe3O4)=60∶5∶1条件下制备的磁载光催化剂,当光催化反应时间为120 min,催化剂质量浓度(以Ti O2计)为1 g/L时,降解苯酚的反应速率常数为0.022 3,循环使用5次后,反应速率常数仅下降0.004 1,平均回收率可达85.06%。 Magnetic photocatalyst TiO2/Al2O3/Fe3O4 has been successfully prepared by low temperature hydrolysis method,using magnetic particles Al2O3/Fe3O4 prepared by in-situ method and used as carriers. The structure of magnetic photocatalyst are characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM,etc. Taking 25 mg/L of phenol as simulated pollutant,the catalytic capacity of the prepared magnetic photocatalyst has been investigated. The results show that the magnetic photocatalyst prepared under the condition of n(TiO2) ∶n(Al2O3) ∶n(Fe3O4) =60 ∶5 ∶1,the reaction rate constant of phenol degradation is 0.022 3,when photocatalystic reaction time is 120 min,and catalyst mass concentration(as Ti O2) 1 g/L. After it has been used circularly for five times,the reaction rate constant reduces only0.004 1,and its average recovery rate can reach 85.06%.
