摘要
以咸阳某厂实际印染废水的氨氮、COD、色度为主要控制指标,对铁炭微电解规整化材料的加工条件进行了研究,结果表明:在TiO2质量分数为6%,铁炭比为1∶1,烧结温度为800℃,黏合剂质量分数为2%时,自制的微电解材料对废水的氨氮、COD及色度去除率分别可达到89.7%、78.0%、90.0%。在此基础上以铁炭微电解连续处理系统对该废水进行了处理研究。经过22 d的连续运行,该处理系统的氨氮、COD去除率分别稳定在80%、70%以上,色度去除率为90%。
Processing conditions of the regularized iron carbon micro-electrolysis materials have been studied,by using NH4+-N,COD,and chroma of the actual dyeing wastewater in a plant in Xianyang(City) as main control indexes. The results indicate that when the TiO2 mass fraction is 6%,iron/carbon ratio 1 ∶1,sintering temperature800 ℃,and adhesion agent mass fraction 2%,the removing rates of NH4+-N,COD and chroma of the dyeing wastewater by homemade micro-electrolysis materials are 89.7%,78.0%,and 90.0%,respectively. Based on this,the research on the wastewater treated by the iron carbon micro-electrolysis continuous treatment system has been conducted. After 22 days of continuous operation of this treatment system,the removing rates of NH4+-N and COD are above 80% and 70%,respectively,and the removing rates of chroma is 90%.
