粉煤灰合成4A沸石分子筛处理垃圾渗滤液 被引量:7

摘要 以热活化粉煤灰为原料水合法合成4A沸石分子筛。通过实验确定出合成4A沸石分子筛的最佳条件,在最佳条件下合成的4A沸石分子筛的钙离子交换能力为308 mg/g。用合成的4A沸石分子筛处理垃圾渗滤液,结果表明,在p H为8的60 m L垃圾渗滤液中加入9 g 4A沸石分子筛吸附40 min后,垃圾渗滤液中的NH3-N、COD去除率分别为88%和74.2%。用粉煤灰合成4A沸石分子筛,并将其用于垃圾渗滤液的处理具有一定的应用前景。 Using thermal activated fly ash as raw material,4A zeolite molecular sieve has been synthesized by hydration method. Through experiments,the optimal synthesis conditions of 4A zeolite molecular sieve is to be determined. Under such conditions, the exchange ability of calcium ions of the synthesized 4A zeolite molecular sieve is 308 mg/g. The synthesized 4A zeolite moelecular sieve has been used for treating landfill leachate. The results show that the ammonia-nitrogen and COD removing rates are 88% and 74.2%,respectively,when the p H of landfill leachate is 8,after adding 9 g of 4A zeolire molecular sieve to 60 m L of landfill leachate,and its adsorption time is 40 min. 4A zeolite molecular sieve is synthesized with fly ash,and can be applied to the treatment of landfill leachate,having certain application prospect.
