摘要
佛山市某印染企业废水产生量约为2 000 m^3/d,采用HA-MBR-臭氧的处理工艺。运行结果表明,HA段对废水色度、COD去除率分别为54%-65%、48%-58%;MBR段对废水COD、色度和氨氮的去除分为2个不同阶段,16-45 d为Ⅰ阶段,46-70 d为Ⅱ阶段,相对于Ⅰ阶段,Ⅱ阶段的COD、色度和氨氮去除率明显上升,至此阶段,COD、色度和氨氮去除率分别达到94%-98%、78%-84%和88%-92%;臭氧对废水色度和COD去除率分别为58%-78.1%和25%-46%,出水色度为27-43倍。出水水质满足相关排放标准和回用水水质要求。直接运行成本为4.03元/m^3。
The wastewater output of a p rinting and dyeing mill by HA-MBR-ozone treatment process in Foshan,Guangdong Province,is about 2 000 m^3/d. The running results show that in HA section,the removing rates of chroma and COD are about 54%-65% and 48%-58%,respectively. In MBR section,the removal of wastewater COD,chroma,and ammonia-nitrogen can be divided into two different stages:16-45 days is Stage l,and 46-70 days is Stage 2. The removing rates of COD,chroma and ammonia-nitrogen in Stage 2 are obviously higher than those in Stage l. So far,the removing rates of COD,chroma and ammonia-nitrogen are 94%-98%,78%-84% and 88%-92%,respectively.The removing rates of wastewater chroma and COD by ozone are 58%-78.1% and 25%-46%,respectively,and effluent chroma is 27-43 times. The effluent water quality can meet the requirements for relevant discharge standard and recycling water quality. The direct running cost is 4.03 yuan/m^3.
