摘要
患者主索引(Master Patient Index)系统是临床数据中心解决系统间信息共享问题的基础,IHE PIX是国际公认的解决患者身份唯一性问题的技术框架。重点介绍了基于IHE PIX/PDQ技术框架用于实现不同医疗信息系统之间患者身份识别的交叉索引,保证患者在不同场所、不同时间就医信息的连续性和完整性,从而利于各医疗机构或各医疗系统之间患者数据的交互共享,以简化各医疗系统间的集成。
The main index of patients（Master Patient Index） system is the foundation to solve the problem of clinical data repository information sharing between systems,IHE PIX is a technical framework for solving patient identity uniqueness of internationally recognized,this paper introduces IHE PIX/PDQ technology framework used to implement cross index between patients with different medical information system based on personal identification,ensure the continuity and the integrity of the patient information in the different place,different time,to facilitate the interaction between the various medical institutions or medical system in patients with data sharing,in order to simplify the integration between the various medical system.
