摘要 目的:研究六君子乙酸乙酯部位对食管癌Eca9706细胞增殖的影响。方法:MTT法检测六君子乙酸乙酯部位对食管癌Eca9706细胞株生长抑制作用,用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡情况,用激光共聚焦显微镜观察细胞凋亡小体。结果:在6.25~200μg/ml范围内,不同浓度六君子乙酸乙酯部位能有效抑制Eca9706细胞增殖。用27.66μg/ml、93.00μg/ml、133.70μg/ml的六君子乙酸乙酯部位作用Eca9706细胞48小时,细胞凋亡率明显增加,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义,并且在激光共聚焦显微镜下观察到凋亡小体。结论:六君子乙酸乙酯部位能显著抑制食管癌Eca9706细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡,其作用机制有待进一步研究。 Objective: To Study the effect of liujunzi ethyl acetate extract on proliferation of human esophageal carcinoma cell. Methods: Inhibitive effect of Liujunzi on proliferation of Esophageal Carcinom Eca9706 cells was detected by MTY assay,and cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometer, and apoptosis body was observed with laser scanning confocal microscope. Results: In the range of 6.25 -200 μg/ml, Liujunzi ethyl acetate extract with various concentrations effectively inhibited the proliferation of Eca9706 cells ( P 〈 0.05). Compared with the control group,Liujunzi ethyl acetate extract in the concentrations of 27. 66μg/ml ,93. 00μg/ml, 133.70μg/ml significantly increased the apoptosis rate of Eca9706 cells in 48h ( P 〈 0.05), and apoptosis body was observed with laser scanning confocal microscope. Conclusion : Liujunzi ethyl acetate extract could significantly inhibit the proliferation of Era9706 cells and induce cell apoptosis, and the mechanism of it needs fur- ther research.
