高压氧综合治疗外伤性嗅觉功能障碍27例疗效分析

摘要 嗅觉是人类重要的生理功能之一.嗅觉功能障碍分为传导性、神经性和混合性.引起嗅觉功能障碍的原因很多,头部外伤约占8％ ～20％,鼻及鼻窦疾病占7％ ～ 56％,上呼吸道感染占18％ ～45％[1].现阶段暂无理想治疗方法.笔者在常规药物治疗的基础上辅以高压氧治疗,取得一定疗效.现报告如下.
