肝损伤的干细胞治疗

摘要 肝脏疾病是威胁人类健康的重大疾病,晚期可能导致肝坏死及肝硬化甚至肝癌。对于晚期肝病目前有效的治疗是肝移植,但由于肝源的短缺,费用昂贵,使其临床应用受到限制[1]。近年来,干细胞再生医学受到关注,越来越多的研究证明干细胞能够分化为成熟的肝细胞,并在肝损伤修复中发挥重要作用[2-4]。包括胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cells,ESC)、肝干细胞(hepatic stem cell,HSC)和骨髓干细胞(BMSC)等。与肝移植相比,干细胞更易获得,能够在体外扩增保存,移植简便,并可以自体获得以避免免疫排斥。本文将讨论作为肝再生可能的干细胞来源及其临床应用前景。
