氟化漆氯已定凝胶联合应用降低SECC患儿龋齿复发率的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评估氟化漆氯已定凝胶联合作用降低重度早期儿童龋(SECC)复发率的临床效果。方法:选择SECC患儿100名,随机分为2组(n=50),实验组采用氟化漆与氯已定凝胶联合作用的方法,对照组则不使用任何药物;比较两组SECC复发率变化情况。结果:SECC累计复发率在6个月时,实验组和对照组分别为6.12%和25.58%;12个月时,实验组和对照组分别为13.04%和33.33%;18个月时,实验组和对照组分别为21.95%和57.50%;2年时,实验组和对照组分别为32.50%和72.22%;各时间点两组SECC累计复发率相比均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用氟化漆与氯已定凝胶联合作用的方法可有效降低SECC复发率。 AIM: To evaluate the clinical effect of combined application of fluoride varnish and chlorhexidine gel in reducing the recurrence of severe early childhood caries( SECC). METHODS: 100 children with SECC were randomly divided into 2 groups. The children in treatment group received fluoride varnish and chlorhexidine gel treatment,those in control group received no treatment. The children were followed- up for 2 years at 6 m intervals.RESULTS: The recurrence rate of treatment group and control group at 6 m,12 m,18 m and 24 m were 6. 12% vs25. 58%( P〈0. 05),13. 04% vs 33. 33%( P〈0. 05),21. 95% vs 57. 50%( P〈0. 05) and 32. 50% vs 72. 22%( P〈0. 05),respectively. CONCLUSION: A combination of fluoride varnish and chlorhexidine gel can reduce the recurrence of SECC.
