成人EB病毒性肝炎23例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 23 cases of hepatitis EB virus

目的探讨成人EB病毒性肝炎的临床特征、治疗及预后。方法 23例患者采用更昔洛韦粉针250 mg加入5%葡萄糖100 ml静脉滴注,每12 h静脉滴注1次,每次静脉滴注时间〉1 h,连用7-10 d。同时采用舒肝宁、异甘草酸镁等药物常规护肝、降酶等综合治疗。结果患者治疗后显效17例（73.9%）,有效6例（26.1%）,总有效率100%。结论采用更昔洛韦抗病毒,舒肝宁、异甘草酸镁等药物常规护肝、降酶等综合治疗EB病毒性肝炎有较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical features,treatment and prognosis of adult EB viral hepatitis.Methods Twenty-three patients with ganciclovir injection 250 mg in 5% glucose 100 ml intravenous drip,intravenous drip every 12 h one time,each time 〉1 h,intravenous drip,QD for 7 - 10 d. At the same time,using Shuganning,magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate protecting liver,reducing enzyme drugs such as routine comprehensive treatment. Results After the treatment 17 cases（ 73. 9%） were significantly effective,6 cases（ 26. 1%） effective,the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Ganciclovir,Shuganning,magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate protecting liver,reducing enzyme drugs such as routine comprehensive treatment of hepatitis EB virus has a better therapeutic effect.
