摘要 Lgr5(leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 5)又名GPR49,属于G蛋白耦联受体家族,是最新发现的一种Wnt通路的靶基因,而且还是一种人类潜在的结肠癌干细胞标志物,最近有研究发现Lgr5与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关,现就Lgr5与胃癌的关系作一概述。 Leucine-rich repeat-containing g-protein coupled receptor 5（Lgr5）,also known as GPR49,a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family. Recently,Lgr5 has been identified as a target of Wnt signaling and a potential marker of human intestinal stem cells. Lgr5 might be responsible for the initiation and progression of gastric cancer. In this article we reviewed recent progress in understanding the relationship between Lgr5 and gastric cancer.
